And Back Again...

Hey folks, I've got a one way ticket on a West bound plane.
Yes, this does mark the second time in less than 16 months that I have picked up my life and hauled it across the country. I am fickle like that.

Halifax is a lovely city. It just isn't the city for me. I think that is was the city for me five or six years ago, I just didn't know how to make that happen. I will miss my place. My lovely, little bachelor in my heritage Victorian home, my first place alone. It is perfect and I will miss the light.

I will miss my habits and my places, say what you will but in my short time here I definitely explored and adventured and hopefully in the next two months I will get to finish seeing everything I wanted to. I have found a lot of things to love here, but I haven't found whatever it is I was looking for.

I need something bigger. I need to feel consumed and lost in a city. Hopefully Vancouver will provide that and if not, well, at least I tried. So until Aug 30 I will be 4078 km later, then I will be 6,227 km later. Yikes.
