Photos of things I am too lazy to explain

there is a really fantastic local gallery down the street and this series made me stop.
I have seen HP three times now.

this leaked freaking everywhere. Cherry and Pineapple snow cone at the Buskers.
my first... and last beaver tail, also at the Buskers.

I HAVE BEEN ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THESE. These were my go to when I was four (I seriously remember this: we lived at South ridge and I could go across the street and these were 10 cents)
I got some delicious tofu noodle thing at the Ginger Something Restaurant on my corner.

every like two weeks I hit up Freak Lunch Box for a stash.
I don't know how to zoom on my iphone! This is rad.

zucchini pineapple muffin from Second Cup.

It is the last night of the AlFresco Film Festo and Rushmore is playing.
I WILL BE THERE.
I have been trying to make it to one of these things all freaking summer.

Saskatchewan night sky

So it is no secret that what I miss the most from Saskatchewan is the sky.

The Black Market

The Black Market is Located just off of Spring Garden, at 1545 Grafton, across from the Library.
I have visited it a few times since my first excursion in May and keep coming to the same conclusion: cute, unique, and unnecessarily expensive. Let's face it, the stuff sold there, for the most part, is cheaply made. I find it ridiculous that they are asking people to pay $42 for a cheap cotton dress that is going to shrink and pill at a moments notice.

There are some reasonably priced things - the things they put on sale - I picked up an indispensable reusable cotton bag there for $5 and it is perfect. It zips up into a little square that I can toss in my bag (I keep it there because I always seem to need an extra bag) and it is SO cute. It is a lovely purple and gold indian design that gets compliments whenever I pull it out. There is also have a carved wooden keychain in the shape of a penis that I am working up the balls to string my keys on.
